Bat Yam
Bat Yam is the central coastal city just south of Tel Aviv and north of Rishon LeZion. It currently has an area of 8 km2, with a coastline of 3.5 km meaning that you are always close to the sea even by foot.
It takes 10 minutes to drive from Tel-Aviv and it borders the city, less expensive for the moment. In just a few years it has become one of the most attractive real estate markets in Israel and besides, in 2017, the Interior Minister Aryé Dery proposed to merge Bat Yam with the city of Tel Aviv for 2023.
It is currently a city that does not have sufficient land reserves to meet the growing demand causing a constant increase in prices.
A large Tramway is under construction and should be completed by the end of 2022, making it possible to reach Bat Yam to Tel Aviv in just a few minutes, hence a large part of the prices’ increase which with the existence of the tramway will match the Tel-Aviv price market, more or less. The city is served by many transportation routes including direct buses to Tel-Aviv as well as the large Ayalon highway.
This Israeli city has won awards for its education, the number of parks and gardens that have been created or renovated, and it has a beautiful beach.
Luxury residential buildings and innovative projects have been built there offering affordable housing of a high standard.
Over the past decade, the town of Bat Yam has grown beyond expectation and is considered one of the most desirable towns in the Gush Dan region.
