Givatayim
Givatyaim is the chic suburb of Tel Aviv, located east of Tel Aviv and north / east of Ramat Gan, counting around 50,000 inhabitants only.
Givatayim is part of the urban area of Tel Aviv known as Gush Dan.
The city was established on two hills which are Borochov Hill and Kozlovsky Hill. Note that Kozlovsky Hill is 85 meters above the sea level, making it the highest hill in the Gush Dan region.
Regarding education, the city has many infrastructures. Thus, Givatayim has a lot of kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools. It is a city where education is very important and a good school level is required. In addition, there is a special high school exam assistance program. Givatayim also has the highest pass rate in the Israeli bachelor degree.
The Eurocom Tower, currently under construction is a 70-story skyscraper that will be the tallest building in Israel when completed, at 241 meters. This skyscraper is part of a complex consisting of four apartment towers and a 50-story office building. To make the connection with the surrounding areas, it is laid out in a large square with bridges and underpasses. The resort is near Ramat Gan and its diamond trading district.
Between the business district which grows and the dwellings which multiply, Givatayim grows strongly.
